  What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCD are accessible to payment. Before you pay for your order, please make sure you have an available balance and check the information you typed (Common problems include incorrectly spelled name) .If everything seems to be correct, please contact your card issuer.

  What is PayPal account?

PayPal account is an email address which is associated with your PayPal account. You can set up a PayPal account through PayPal.com if necessary.



DELIVERY


 Has my item been shipped yet?

We ship all the orders within seven business day of your order being placed.
Attention: after 3-7 days after payment you can receive “order cancelation”. It means item/items is out of stock, in that case you can choose another goods with the same cost or we will return money.

 Can I change my order?

We are not able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped. Please contact us

 Cant see track information, what to do?

Its okay, track information updates slowly, in 2-3 weeks after it was shipped. Please contact us if track numbers does not show any information after 3 weeks or more.

 

 I didn’t receive my order yet, what can I do?

International orders takes anywhere from 15 to 60 days depending on the shipping methods you chose. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or during the holiday period and those delays are beyond our control. If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact us and we will be glad to help you.
 

RETURN


 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges for 60 days after receipt! If you dont like item or its doesnt fit, you can contact us via email contact@itgirlclothing.com or fill the form
and we will contact you to provide return process. 100% of item price will be refunded (exept shipping charges) after we'll receive items back to our storage.

Damaged, incorrect or lost Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of receipt. Feel free to ask us any questions regarding size, fit, style, condition, etc via our contact page or email: contact@itgirlclothing.com
